I write self-help books to improve and save lives.
Are you suffering from depres-sion? You’re not alone.
This book chronicles my battle with depression over a span of 49 years, and shows how I improved my mental health over time. My jour-ney felt like a roller coaster, but eventually I transcended my illness in the sense of coming to terms with it and rising above it. I’ve reached a comfort level that allows me to tolerate occasional depres-sion, live with it, and function ac-ceptably most of the time, inter-spersed with periods of content-ment, happiness, and even joy. My strategies may well work for you. |
